Completely change U.S. foreign policy

       Change the amount of foreign aid the US Government give away.

         

          The OECD calculated that (in 2008) the US spent about
          $25 billion in foreign aid per year, although this is a very
          small percentage of the 2009 estimated federal government
          of $2.7 trillion.

        

         In 2006 the US Got amounts were (in millions):

      

        Israel 2520, Egypt 1795, Columbia 558, Jordan 461, Pakistan ,698,

        Peru 133, Indonesia 158, Kenya 213, Bolivia 122, Ukraine 115,

        India 94, Haiti 163,''' Russia 52, Ethiopia 145, West Bank/Gaza

        150, Liberia 89, Bangladesh 49, Bosnia 51.

         

       notice the few countries listed do not have a dominated culture of
       dark skin pigmentation,specifically the dark-skinned peoples of Africa,
       Oceania, and australia.
