Presidential Election Campaigns today are mostly Ceremonial Affairs-Not Required by Law.

Thank God, the elephants and the donkeys that go to the presidential conventions do not drive though poor neighborhoods with the homeless Families and hungry children, it would disgusting for conventioneers and the "One Percent", the should not be embarrassed and exposed to Americans low life. I'm so grateful they drive on safe clean streets where decent American' work and shop.

They are spending over, $50 million dollars at the Democratic Convention for security to protect president and the decent America from the discontented American "lower class" and the evil ones. Then they have to buy all the balloons that will stay up from all the hot air coming from the speakers, and they need the best decoration and propaganda posters and lots of confetti. Most likely another $50 million on top of the security cost. Did you know?

A United States presidential nominating convention is a political convention held every four years in the United States by most of the political parties who will be fielding nominees in the upcoming U.S. presidential election. The formal purpose of such a convention is to select the party's nominee for President, as well as to adopt a statement of party principles and goals known as the platform and adopt the rules for the party's activities, including the presidential nominating process for the next election cycle. Due to changes in election laws and the manner in which political campaigns are run, conventions since the latter half of the 20th century have virtually abdicated their original roles, and are today mostly ceremonial affairs.

Federal taxpayers help finance the major party conventions, and in 2012, the tab could exceed $100 million. Via The Maryland Reporter:

Federal taxpayers could be on the hook for more than $136 million to cover the cost of the major political parties ‘presidential nominating conventions.

Stop the unnecessary Convention and just let the People vote. If they continue I think the following changes should be made. Now, for a little sense of serious political humor

1. The delegates from each state must have a minim of one homeless delegate, and the must wear the same cloths they have on when where they pick them up. Also, State with more than four delegates must also include one person living well below poverty.

2. All dignitaries and delegates must drive though the worst neighborhoods including skid-row. One delegate from each State must get out of the vehicles and spend five minutes talking to any of the people on those streets. He has to be a delegate from the "Upper Class," And one from the "Middle Class."

3. No funds shall be spent on lavish decorations. The will be allowed one Poster for their platform slogan and the Party they represent including one large poster of the selected presidential candidate. It should look like a bare auditorium with lots of chair and no sky booth or VIP sections.

4. Each delegate will donate $300.00. The dignitaries must donate $1000 dollars. The regular citizens will donate $100 at the door to go to community support organization that feed the hungry and house the homeless.

5. No speakers will be from the minority groups, especially Latino twins. Remember the majority of white Americans want all Latinos to leave citizens or Vets. No speakers will be Afro-American.

6. No children of any speaker or dignitaries will be allowed on stage.

The reasons for these suggested changes if they continue to hold an unnecessary  conventions’, is that the majority of politicians have no Idea how to be honest without being deceptive to serve themselves rather than the Americans. They only use the highlighted speakers above, is to gain votes and look good. No gays unless they have a personal note from the God, approving gay people from such a tiny minority of Americas, a nation under God.

List of what type Propaganda votes at political Conventions.

1. How to get the women voters? Have an intelligent woman like Mrs. Obama, and outstand Afro-American First Lady. Mrs. Romney telling woman that (paraphrasing): "We are the grandmother, mothers, sisters, daughters, and the hard working single mothers that keep America together. The women at the Republican convention roared so loud after that statement. That should bring in lots of votes by woman from the Afro-American, and the Latino communities.

However, Mrs. Romney gave a low blow to the men in America. To give credit to the women that are single head of the family keeping it together means that since the United States is number one in divorces in the world with a 50 % divorce rate, that suggest that the female single head of the family were not the cause of all the divorces, it was the men. However, saying I’m a mother and a woman is great for more woman votes that live in the “upper class” that pay $5.00 for a Starbuck coffee, and a few more votes from the single head of the family.

Remember the nursery rhyme:

What are little boys made of?

Snips & snails & puppy dogs tails

And such are little boys made of.

What are young women made of?

Sugar and spice and all things nice.

But, I think they must have change the recipe radically around 1970.

2. Have successful, well groomed Latino’s, and loved by the Latin community be a speaker. If, you can find, twin Latino that will be a KO for all the Latino votes.

3. Find someone in Washington in charge of a Govern agency with a major4 disability. The perfect speaker would be a woman that is a Vet with no legs. That will take care of both the military vote and the tens of thousands of vets that have body parts missing. Even would get the families of vets that have serious head trauma    that are unable to thinks or vote. Outstanding, for lots of votes, since we had so many vets crippled from the last two wars, that the two Republican presidents from the “upper-class” created on false propaganda and misinformation to Americans.

4.  . Have a Big celebrity. No one is more popular than Bill Clinton, Former Commander-in-Chief for the Democratic National Convention. A president that balances the budget four years in a row till it was turned over to the republican Bush family.

The GOP picked the one of the most long standing popular actor and director, Clint Eastwood, and toss in an empty chair for him to talk to. He picked an imaginary President Obama to pretend to talk to. Like all republicans in both houses, Clint pointed out all the failures of accomplishments of President Obama. 99.9 percent Republicans lies and give misinformation including propaganda because they know the voters mostly all from the “upper class will believe anything negative without checking facts for truth. IE Huckabee told the press that President Obama cannot tell the American people any compliments he has done while in office.

However, Huckabee and Romney never bothered to check the records that show the hundreds of accomplishment’s President Obama achieved. Read: HAVE YOU HEARD THESE RUMORS ABOUT OBAMA?”

No, I’m not a Demarcate; I belong to the party of the “Middle Class,” The one always ignored by the Media Corporations and the “One Percent.” I know, I’m a well-educated man from the “middle class” that is a presidential candidate-2012. http://charlesharveyforpresident.com/

Petition to Congress: “Congress Members That Do Not Care”

Now for a little fantasy for American’s in need.

if both political parties agree to stop wasting millions of dollars on a weeklong feel good, unnecessary convention, listening to all the political propaganda; I would suggest both the Republican and the Demarcate Parties’ can pick the State and City they would have had the convention in, and send $20 million dollars to the State Treasurer to allocate the funds to all the community based programs that feed, she alter and help children and families in need. It must be distributed to all cities and counties within fifty mile radius surrounding the City they would pick for the convention.
