Missions and Goal:

To reduce theEducational budget that has almost doubled in the last 20 years.

To fire badTeacher, reward great teacher. Hire good teachers that will include a minimumof 40% male teachers, to the existing 81.9% females, of all the Elementary andMiddle School system.

To change and improve the Curriculum Standards, GradesNine through Twelve.

To, establish The Educational Oversight Committee for Quality Education, (EOCQE)consisting of Twenty four, Non politicians, each outstanding in their field ofexpertise needed to oversee, and review, all information and makerecommendations that they received from the State, and their county governmentagencies.

The (EOCQE) willreport to The Domestic Policy Council (DPC) that reports to the president of theUnited States. To make sure every student from K9 through K12, maintains aminimum of a C average.

The Domestic Policy Council, coordinates the domestic policy-making process in the White House and offers advice to the president. The (DPC) also supervises the execution of domestic policy and represents the president's priorities to Congress. *6

Domestic Policy, also known as public policy, presents decisions, laws, and programs made by the governments that are directly related to all issues and activity within the country. Domestic policy is the set of laws and regulations that a government establishes within a nation's borders. It differs from foreign policy, which refers to the ways a government advances its interests in world politics.

Domestic policy covers a wide range of areas, including business, education, energy, health care, law enforcement, money and taxes, natural resources, social welfare, and personal rights and freedoms.

Domestic policy decisions usually reflect a nation's history and experience, it's social and economic conditions, the needs and priorities of its people, and the nature of its government. Domestic policy is a frequent source disagreement among people of different backgrounds and philosophies. *7

To, design aCurriculum that is pertinent now, and in the future that will reflect Americansneeds, to help grow the economy; to meet the needs for qualified employees forthe technological, and scientific fields. To, maintain the "State of theArt," in our educational institutions.

To, have the United State of America become number one in Education in the World, again.

All have heard of the Seven Deadly Sins.Have you heard of the Seven Educational Solutions?

SUGGESTED SOULTION

(1) Close the DOE. Keep and refer the best of 5000,employees, to State and Local Government, and to lay off the rest.

(2) To, establish The Educational Oversight Committee forQuality Education, (EOCQE).

(3) Turn over America's educational system to theStates, and their local governments. That will coordinate and share informationand work with The Educational Oversight Committee for Quality Education,(EOCQE) that reports directly to The Domestic Policy Council (DPC) that reportsdirectly to the president of the United States. Each State will be directly inresponsible for their Educational system. The (EOCQE) and (DPC) will functionas Oversight, and make recommendations. The president of the United States willhave full power over the (EOCQE) and (DPC).
The president will not have to seek approval fordecisions through the House and the Senate, that would only be delayed, bydemarcates, and republicans in both Houses, by arguing, and they have proven tomake many bad decisions.

(4) All students will graduate from high school with aminimum of a C average. A high school diploma will be required to be eligibleto take a driver's test, and receive a driver's license in all States.

(5) No students will be eligible for competitive sports, until they have completed K9 with a minimum of a C average. Also, to continueplaying competitive sports, the student must keep maintaining a C average inK10 through K12.

(6) Hire a minimum, of 40% to 60% male teachers. Since,81.9 % of the Elementary and Middle Schoolteachers are females; Students needmore male role models. November 2009, an estimated 13.7 million parents hadcustody of 21.8 million children under 21 years of age while the other parentlived somewhere else. More than (26.3 percent) of all children's years of agelived with one of their parents, while the other parent, lived outside thehousehold.

Single mothers have sole custody by default in 100% ofthe cases until ruled on otherwise by the courts. Also, attorneys tell fathersnot to try for custody as they don't win, and most attorneys that do try arenot fully capable of representing fathers, so the mothers win.http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_percent_of_women_win_child_custody_cases

The Boys have exposure to male role models, throughcompetitive sports. Whereas the girl’s mostly have female couches. So themajority of boys and girls leave a home with a mother, and go to school tospend the day with female teachers.

The United State is number one, in divorces, numberone in purchase of illegal drugs (80% world market), and drugs are going toAmerican homes with children in school.

Also, we are 17th, in education worldwide. There hasto be more positive male role models in our schools.

(7) Major, Minor, Electives, are 4 credits each. TheMinor should be changed to mandatory courses, such has Spanish EuropeanLanguage. Spanish has no official status, but is spoken by ... United Nations, and is used as an official language by the European Union and ... economies ofmany larger Hispanophone nations.

The Census Bureau has released 2010 Census counts ofHispanics in 33 states; Hispanics accounted for the majority -- 58% -- ofpopulation growth over the decade in those states. Those states' combinedCensus 2010 total of 38.7 million Hispanics was higher by 590,000 people1 (or1.5%) than the bureaus own estimates for those states.

Census counts for Hispanics in the remaining stateswill be released by the end of March.http://pewresearch.org/pubs/1928/census-hispanic-count-compared-with-estimatesDigital arts classes like computer aided design (CAD), computer science andbusiness & innovation.

I beleive if the Missions and Goals are established, and the solutions I suggested implimented, the the United States, can be, and will be, number one in education world wide.
