Washington (CNN) -- A CIA assessment puts the number of ISIS fighters at possibly more than three times the previous estimates. The terror group that calls itself the

Islamic State "can muster between 20,000 and 31,500 fighters across Iraq and Syria," a CIA spokesman told CNN on Thursday.

Considering that the CIA was completely wrong about Saddam Hussein's Republican Guard, and Iraq having Weapons of Mass Destruction(WMD) and the CIA was wrong about Al qaida having trained in Iraq, that they were in Iraq be more Americans invasion. I would suggest that you double the estimated number of the ISIS; and is increasing in numbers. weapons, and funding.

So, if the U.S.-led air strikes killed 521 fighters, 32 civilians, then if the CIA's estimated number of ISIS fighters is correct; that means that we only have 30,979 to

go based on the higher estimate of the number of ISIS fighters.(Do you think when they count the ISIS fighters dead, that they count a body blown in half as being too?
So jf the percentage of civilians killed out of 521 fighters is 6.014%; so based on the estimated remaining number of ISIS fighters being 30,979; that means there could be an estimated total number of around 5,163 civilians killed. The percentage of civilians killed in combat around 50%. However, the Iraq body count from march 20, 2003 to March 14th, 2013 indicate that of 174,000 casualties only 39,900 were combatants making thetotal number of civilians casualty rate of 77%.
