Ever since most leaders in South American Countries have refused
to join IMF, Kicked all American agencies and influences, The have been
Prospering, growing, uniting with Latin Nations and Countries.
What is amazing is the majority of the leaders voted into office
have been from the common folks and not the "upper-Class" wealthy to
represent them like the United States. The people know that you have to put
people from the common fold and not the rich and elite that never do anything
for the lower classes than their own. So it seems the South American People are
much brighter than the American voters. They have learned from their own
experiences and seeing the failing of Americans picking the wealthiest
"upper-class" to lead their country.

where private individuals and business firms make most of the decisions. The
federal and state governments buy needed goods and services predominantly in
the private marketplace."
